Proposal

The SAST and DAST compliance adherence checks are marked as Success or Fail depending on whether there are scanning artifacts on the latest pipeline of the default branch or not.

For troubleshooting purposes and general visibility, the check details should link to the exact pipeline the check was made on (similar to the link contained in the Vulnerability Report:
