Problem to solve

As we're transitioning the Dependency Scanning feature to a new implemenation, we are putting together a migration guide in Docs: Write Dependency Scanning migration tutor... (#501087 - closed)

Additionally, we must update the existing Dependency Scanning tutorial that currently suggests the old implemenation.
