The issue description uses code_analyzer to help find code in issue descriptions, but there are cases where this impacts finding non-code text (see related issues/mrs above)

Proposal

Re-evaluate the analyzer used for issue (now work_item) description. We could switch the analyzer or evaluate the impact/cost of indexing a second field using the code_analyzer and searching using both.
