When triaging issues, it can be useful to see which issues are blocked by others ('Blocked by' relation).

At the moment, GitLab shows only a visual indicator for issues that are blocking others ('Blocking' relation):

In the issues overview, show a visual indicator for issues that are blocked by others, similar to the current one which signals issues blocking others.
