Issue with outgoing email on hosted gitlab-ee instance

We've been using gitlab-ee for a little while now (few months) but our email isn't working now. I have outgoing configured properly, and email did work for a little while when I initially setup the server, but for whatever reason now gitlab hasn't been reporting anything. Tried to figure it out and got nowhere. Here's a screenshot of the errors I found.
