Some of the strings for emails is not using the translated strings

When I get emails from gitlab it contains strings that can be translated on crowdin.

Like the subject of the email which might be:

Verify your identity
%{host} sign-in from new location

On crowdin it seems I translated these strings 3 years ago.

Yet when I get emails I see the original english strings not the translated string.

Other strings like:

You're receiving this email because of your account on %{host}.

which appear at the bottom of email was translated 1 year ago and that string does appear as the translated string in the emails.
