We should decide if we want to defer on database health for reads and writes. We can ping the database team for advice too

  question (non-blocking): @dgruzd this worker isn't doing writes, should it still defer on database health? I ask because Search::Zoekt.delete_async calls IndexingTaskWorker which does writes. I'll make this non-blocking because I don't think it hurts to have the deferral and to decide to remove it later
