Add GPG Keys to group credentials inventory

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

GPG keys are currently supported in the instance credentials inventory. Bring this support to group credentials inventory, too.

At the same time, see if we can add generic filter ability such as created_before , created_after, expires_before and expires_after.
