Docs: Restructure CI/CD analytics information

Problem to solve

The page CI/CD analytics has a lot of duplicate information. Also, it doesn't include information about the Project quality tab. The screenshots might also need to be updated.

Proposal

• Update screenshots.

• Restructure and edit the information on the page to follow the CTRT pattern and eliminate duplicate information. For example:

  • Pipeline success and duration charts
  • DORA metrics charts (include conceptual information and version history specific to these charts, and link to DORA metrics for additional information)
  • Project quality
  • View CI/CD analytics (add a step about selecting the respective tab of the charts you want to see)

@phillipwells The CI/CD analytics page is assigned to your groupenvironments, but it overlaps with my groupoptimize. I reviewed it as part of Docs: Review and add images to Optimize docs (#508076 - closed), and thought of a few ways to improve it. WDYT about the proposed changes? I can open an MR and assign you, or you can take this on -- either way I'm happy to collaborate.

@lciutacu Sorry, this got stuck in my pre-PTO todos. Happy to collaborate on updates to this page! I'm not the tech writer for groupenvironments anymore, though (that would be @z_painter) so feel free to pull him in as well.

I'll open up an MR as an MVC and send it over, and we can go from there
