Implement Instrumentation Layer for Ai Tracking

This issue is targeting to migrate all the existing AI Tracking events to the unified Instrumentation Layer tracking

Desired Outcome

All product_group: duo_chat events are using Instrumentation Layer exclusively (no separate tracking calls for them)
