Scope

Technical impact: The health check probes code may need modifications to function properly for non-Duo subscribers

could you please detail (no rush, can be lined up for next milestone if needed) what would need to be done in order to make health check available for non duo trials/subscribers (outside the question of the UX/nav to to access the feature)? Thank you!
