UX broken: one can add file(s) and then use another slash command like /explain but the slash command is not aware of the added file(s)

UX broken: one can add file(s) and then use another slash command like /explain but the slash command is not aware of the added file(s)

It was based on this decision that one could not run two slash commands at once. But the UX does not prevent selecting a second slash command.
