Problem to solve

As a Platform engineer, I want to offer additional links and context about deployments to developers and release managers. For this I would like to add data to the deployment pages.

While Surface deployment information to the environme... (#505770 - closed) shows the release content on the deployment pages, it only works for tagged deployments, and the information is taken from the release notes. While in this case, I'd like to provide the information in an automated way to support other engineers without using a release.
