Incorrect format of the help text for Maximum allowable lifetime for access token setting

In the admin settings, /admin/application_settings/general#js-account-settings, the Maximum allowable lifetime for access token (days) help text is formatted incorrectly. It contains some placeholders {...} that should be replaced by certain number of days (365 by default):
