Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit /9913.
  2. Attempt to react with one of the default thumb emojis.

I see the undermentioned:

The resource that you are attempting to access does not exist or you don't have permission to perform this action

What is the expected correct behavior?

I should be able to react, or the reactions should be disabled.
