Support multiple namespaces on a single dashboard

Problem to solve

As an Application Operator, I want to select multiple namespaces for a Kubernetes dashboard to support namespace-based blue/green deployments, and be able to see the status of both "colors".

Proposal

Once multiple namespaces got configured, offer a select box to pick the one shown on the screen.
