Member groups are duplicated when trying to add a user group to a projectd

Summary

Member groups are duplicated when trying to add a user group to a project when the list of groups is long enough to scroll

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Manage -> Members in a project
2. Press Invite a group
3. In field Select a group to invite open the dropdown and scroll several times

I don't have permissions to create a large number of groups

What is the current bug behavior?

In dropdown when scrolling through the list of groups duplicates are present

What is the expected correct behavior?

There are no duplicates in the drop-down list when scrolling through the group list. All groups in the list in one copy
