Implementation Plan

The disabled: true attribute here looks incorrect, read this comment and the issue that it links to and try to "integrate disabled dropdown items from gitlab-ui#2908 (moved)", I'm not 100% sure what this means to be honest, it is worth trying to work out but if you get stuck, feel free to ask for help in that comment thread. It looks like the text might be styled as gl-text-disabled as well as gl-text-subtle, it should not be both.

Please add screenshots of the component before and after so that it is easier to review and validate this change

Added a weight of 3 because sometimes dropdowns get a bit weird
