Consider adding ability to filter Security Dashboard to only display currently detected vulnerabilities instead of all activity

Proposal

This proposal is from a customer via a support ticket. Initially discussed in this issue and originating from the customer feedback in this Zendesk ticket.

They report that they noticed that the Security Dashboard screen has a chart that appears to use the all activity filter, i.e. it shows 158 vulnerabilities (see screenshot below).

This means that the default view of the Security Dashboard and the Vulnerability Report report different numbers of vulnerabilities, and there seems to be no way to get the Security Dashboard chart to show the currently reported vulnerabilities (i.e. 12 rather than 158 in this project)?

Would it be possible to have a still detected filter to limit this display only to currently reported vulnerabilities?
