• Create models to store branch specific merge option settings for the project level settings that currently exist in the columns:

  • projects.resolve_outdated_diff_discussions
  • projects.remove_source_branch_after_merge

• They will be branch specific by being associated with a protected branch.

• They should also be associated with a project for sharding
