Description
There are several master broken incidents where the ./ee/spec/features/projects/settings/pipeline_subscriptions_spec.rb is flaky.
The most consistent one is ./ee/spec/features/projects/settings/pipeline_subscriptions_spec.rb:85, when running with WEBDRIVER_HEADLESS=false an error message seems to replace the flash message after some time.
