Add subheadings for the failed jobs in PMG

Summary

Currently, the pipeline view displays a list of jobs without subheaders, which makes it challenging for users to quickly identify failed or manual jobs. Adding subheadings e.g. "Failed jobs" / "Failed" will help users navigate job statuses more efficiently, enhancing troubleshooting and decision-making within pipelines.

Definition of Done

• Subheading for the failed jobs is displayed in the pipeline dropdown, with jobs categorized accordingly.
• Jobs that don’t fall under failed jobs, appear under a separate section without a subheading.
