Reduce CVE Enrichment ingestion frequency

Overview

CVE Enrichment ingestion seems to take quite some time, lasting around 20-25 minutes, while being triggered every 5 minutes. This is neither necessary not sustainable. We can reduce the frequency of triggered events to every hour and still be relatively up-to-date with our data.

This is a quick solution, but ultimately we should seek to reduce the run duration of CVE enrichment with more sophisticated solutions.
