Document Performance bar warnings

When using performance bar we see warnings for example es calls: 83 over 5 there is no documentation explaining what these values mean and when we should be worried.The only vague documentation we have about these warnings is here: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/monitoring/performance/performance_bar.html#request-warnings. Where and why was it decided to throw warnings if there are more than 5 ES calls for example?
