Proposal

DAST CONFG module can be configured to debug when it logs job configuration either to console or to a log file. It would be useful to have its debug messages dumped by-default to a separate file and have that file exported as an artifact. It could help us greatly when troubleshooting customer issues. This would be helpful in this RFH to detect crawl timeout configuration.
