  thought (non-blocking): I noticed this is sorted by order_id_desc and I think that contributes to the best match not being at the top. It's unrelated to this MR though so we can open an issue to look into it. When I tested searching for gitlab-org in the search bar, it was the last option (which makes sense because it has the smallest ID)
