Explain code not obvious on how to trigger

Right now for explain code (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/repository/code_explain.html) you need to select the piece of code you want to be explained. However it is not initially obvious this is what you need to do. A few options to improve:

• When a user hovers over a line so the explain button
• When a user selects a line/linked to a line show the explain button
