Handle clone/move award_emoji widget data for custom emoji

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

When a work item has custom emoji those emojis have to be checked against new destination. The check should probably be based on URL more than anything so that we do not end up with emojis with same name but different image/meaning?

• If those custom emojis are not present in the new destination we should either remove them or copy/clone the custom emojis.
