List of assigned reviewers missing from "Edit" dropdown

Issue

When clicking on the "Edit" button and there are assigned reviewers, the assigned reviewers are not in a "Reviewers" list.

Expected behavior

The assigned reviewers would appear in the list with checked status under a section called "Reviewers". This is currently happening as expected in the drawer.
