Compliance center selection box is not updated

Problem to solve

After selecting frameworks for a project using the modal, then removing them using quick actions, they remain selected in the frameworks modal and get reapplied to project.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Projects tab of the Compliance center
2. Select action column edit next to a project to open framework popup
3. Select a compliance framework and add to project by closing popup
4. Remove the framework from the project by using x quick action in the frameworks column
5. Select action column edit next to a project to open framework popup again
6. See framework is still selected and when closing popup it is added again to the project
