Green Checkmark functionality on DevOps Adoption Report

Problem to solve

A customer has noticed that when viewing the DevOps Adoption Report, the green checkboxes can be a bit misleading. For example, one of their subgroups has 100+ repos in that group and less than 20% have DAST enabled, but that report shows a green checkmark indicating that DAST is adopted within that group.

Proposal

We propose that functionality is added to the report to allow a user to display:

  1. the total number of projects utilizing a security feature out of the total projects within that group
  2. the percentage of projects utilizing a security feature out of the total projects within that group
  3. The figures outlined in items 1 & 2 above in the colors red, yellow, or green according to thresholds of adoption rates that the user can adjust on a per group/repo basis.
