Compliance Center Enhancement: Display and Filter Archived Projects in Compliance Projects Report

Problem to solve

In the Compliance Projects Report, users can view the compliance frameworks applied to projects within a group or subgroup. However, the report currently lacks the ability to show whether a project is archived or not, which could be useful information for managing compliance across active and archived projects.

Proposal

To improve the usability of the Compliance Projects Report, we propose adding an indicator to show whether a project is archived. This enhancement will provide users with better visibility and context when reviewing compliance frameworks across both active and archived projects.

Key Enhancements:
  1. Archived Status Indicator: Add a clear label/badge next to each project in the Compliance Projects Report, indicating whether the project is archived.
  2. Filtering Option: Introduce a filter that allows users to toggle between active, archived, or all projects, enabling a more focused review depending on the user's needs.
Benefits:
  1. Improved Clarity: Users will be able to quickly identify the status of projects in the compliance report, improving decision-making and overall management.
  2. Better Management: Filtering archived projects will allow users to focus on relevant, active projects while still maintaining the ability to review archived ones for historical compliance purposes.
  3. Increased Efficiency: These changes will reduce confusion, especially in large organizations where groups may manage numerous projects, some of which may be archived
