Discussion: Data retention policy for todos

Problem to solve

• We do not automatically delete old todo records.
• As a result, the todos database table is growing quite large.
• This is negatively impacting query performance for the To-Do List.
• Additionally, the todos table is now flagged as a large table and subject to additional limitations which will impact further development.

Proposal

• Discuss approaches to resolving the problems to solve
