Sidekiq metrics set cardinality is growing unbounded

Looking at scraped metrics graphs we can see metrics set growing (>1k metrics/hour).

Investigate the source of that
before that is found, we should disable metrics on sidekiq, or schedule metrics cleanup at least once per day.
