Implement Rapid Diffs App controls (stats, settings)

We should render diff stats and settings on the Rapid Diffs App.

Things to add:

1. Files and changes count
2. Expand/collapse all files buttons
3. File browser toggle
4. Pre-render elements on the server when possible to avoid layout shift
