Add frameworks tab to project compliance center

Problem to solve

As a project owner I have access to the compliance center at project level, but I can not see more information on the compliance framework attached to my project. I cant see what requirements/controls and policies are configured in the framework and therefore what my project is being assessed and enforced.

Proposal

Add the frameworks tab to the compliance center at project level.

It will only show the compliance frameworks attached to that project.

They can not add new frameworks or edit the frameworks. This is similar to the functionality in the frameworks tab at the subgroup level.
