Update placeholder text in command palette

Problem to solve

Many users have complained that the placeholder text in the command palette is confusing and makes search harder to use.

Proposal

We should change the placeholder text to make it simpler:

Type to search...

Since typing already searches for you, and the commands have their own display section now in the footer, we can experiment with simpler placeholder text.
