Add feature spec coverage for Work Item Linked Items widget

Summary

We need to introduce a shared example feature spec for the Linked Items widget where it covers edit flows for work item types which support this widget. Currently, this widget is supported by following types;

• Epics
• Issues
• Objectives
• Key Results
• Tasks

Default	Add form	Actions menu	Linked items list

Behaviours to test

• Adding linked items with different relationship types
• Viewing items across 3 categories
• Removing items
• Moving items using drag and drop between categories to change relationship type
• Action dropdown with toggling labels
