Why are we doing this work

In Add version parsing errors to CVS metrics (#465865 - closed) we've added new data to cvs tracking events. Though, this information is not leveraged in any graph or alert.

To stay informed on how well CVS performs we should have corresponding visualization in Tableau, and even beter, some alerting mechanism in case the errors trend upward.

This is particularly useful as we roll out changes to the CVS logic and the underlying components like the SemverDialect library as it will allow us to quickly catch up regressions instead of waiting for customers to report them.
