Improve the Duo Code Review bot avatar

Problem to Solve

GitLab currently has a set of bot icons that are used for various service accounts in GitLab. However, as we move to enable AI Based Bot accounts there aren't currently any suitable to our AI Branding.

Proposal

A new bot icon (matching the design style of existing bot accounts) should be created for the use of AI Features in GitLab.

Specific to Duo Code Review (Temporary)

Improve the avatar for https://gitlab.com/GitLab-Duo-Code-Reviewer. Right now we're using a generic icon and should probably change that.
