Licensing AWS Bedrock for Dedicated

In order to access Anthropic models on AWS Bedrock on Dedicated, customers would have to use their own Anthropic/Bedrock license.

Can we create a package for Gitlab Dedicated that includes that license, so that its a one stop set-up for Dedicated customers to use Duo features via self-hosted models?
