Summary

As a result of SPIKE: Investigate how to track and get notifie... (#416158 - closed), we've decided to capture all PMDB service errors with using the Sentry Go SDK and the project's integrated error tracking.

• Integrated error tracking dogfooding
• Easy to triage and alert on relevant errors
