Adoption Metrics on the Security Dashboard

Proposal

This customer would love to see metrics associated with various scans. Specifically they're looking for the number of projects using each type of security scan as well as the percentage of total projects using each type of security scan.

Such a feature would be allow them to better evaluate their risk posture, as it would help them understand what percentage of assets are not being scanned and thus might have undiscovered vulnerabilities present in them. The customer is currently accomplishing this through querying the job API for specific secure analyzer job names and status, which they're using to build a table for their projects of ran jobs and latest scans.

Ideally, they would like to accomplish this in-product. As there is a current workaround, such an in-product feature would be a nice-to-have, rather than a need-to-have.
