Global Overview of CI Build-Status

Description

As a dev or sysadmin i cannot see which projects were deploy last, are broken etc.. This is currently only possible on a per project basis.

Proposal

Therefore i would propose an overview status page of all builds, where one can easily see the status and last build-time of all ci-jobs (that the user has access to).
