Proposal

Make allow_anonymous_searches feature flag available in Admin UI.

The /search endpoint is publicly available and a concern for some customers see #434219 (closed).

A feature flag was created to limit this access !138975 (merged)

But feature flags are not available on Dedicated for our customers.

The feature flag allow_anonymous_searches should be configurable through the admin UI.
