Update the golang for the zoekt_indexer

Since Sourcegraph has updated their Golang version to 1.22.7 https://github.com/sourcegraph/zoekt/pull/835/, we can also try to upgrade our Golang version for the zoekt-webserver.

Following steps involved:

• First update sha in gdk
• Update CI
• update gitlab.com runs (k8s)
• release for self managed (cng)

Another option could be to start building our own web server. Related links are:
