Selecting label from search box in issue label facet can overwrite selected labels in global search page
Summary
When I selected a label from the search box in the issue label facet, it overwrote the labels that were already selected after clicking apply button.

What is the current bug behavior?
The label selected from the search box in the facet overwrites the already selected labels
What is the expected correct behavior?
The newly selected label should be added to the existing labels
