Tailwind CSS bundle size tracking issue

With the CSS utils Task Group disbanding, we would still want to keep an eye on the Tailwind CSS bundle size over time to make sure it's not growing out of control. Let's log the bundle size here every now and then until we're confident that we have things under control.

The size is determined by looking for the tailwind-*.css bundle in Firefox's web inspector's network tab in production.
