Generic Package Registry: downloading files via API-URL gives random looking filenames

Summary

The Bug fixed in #465102 (closed) is still present in our self-hosted Free GitLab 17.3 running in Kubernetes with custom S3-Storage provided as SaaS from a GitLab-Gold-Partner. Downloading via API-URL gives random looking filenames.
