Summary

On self-hosted GitLab instances, enabling the deploy page causes issue descriptions on already-open web browser tabs to disappear.

Steps to reproduce

1. On a self-hosted GitLab instance, open an issue in a browser tab
   • Notice that the issue description is shown properly
2. Run gitlab-ctl deploy-page up as described on this page
3. Switch back to the existing browser tab
   • Notice that the issue description disappears

What is the current bug behavior?

Issue descriptions are not visible during deployments.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I expect that issue descriptions should remain visible during deployments (similar to how issue descriptions remain visible when the web browser goes offline e.g. when disconnecting from a WiFi network).
